SUBMIT YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Active participation at the conference requires the submission of the presentation abstract. The possible/potential submission of the longer contribution is optional and depends on the author, as it is not a prerequisite for active participation.

The submitted abstract should comply to the following guidelines:

its title should not exceed 100 characters (spaces included);
the main body of the abstract (without the title, affiliations, authors' names and keywords) should contain no less than 2000 and no more than 3000 characters (spaces included);
3 to 5 keywords should be included;
when giving the names of the authors, the full names of their institutions of origin should also be provided (in both English and Slovenian).

The abstract can be either professional or scientific (a structured abstract). If the participator's country of origin is Slovenia, the abstract should be submitted in Slovenian and English; if the participant comes from another country, it suffices to submit it in English. The linguistic adequacy of the abstract is the responsibility of the author. A full paper (a longer contribution) should be entirely written in English.

The abstract is submitted through an online form, which can be accessed by clicking on the button »REGISTRATION«. Submission is possible after creating a personal account. It is not necessary to apply for the participation at the conference before submitting the abstract. Your participation will be registered after your abstract has been confirmed as accepted by the Conference Scientific Committee. The text of the abstract should be entered directly into the online form by clicking on the button "SUBMIT NEW ABSTRACT". When entering your abstract, select the particular thematic area/section (TRACK) within which you are submitting your abstract. If any corrections are requested after the submission, the corrected text should be re-submitted using the same online form, and the ID of your abstract should be given, too.

A participant whose abstract has already been accepted may decide to prepare a longer contribution if they wish to, but this is not a prerequsite for active participation. A longer contribution should contain at least 10,000 characters and should not exceed 25,000 characters (including spaces and references). The following formating guidelines should be observed: A4 format, Times New Roman 12 pt, 25 mm margins, single spacing, double-sided alignment, and unindented paragraphs separated by a blank line.

You are recommended to follow the structure of the provided TEMPLATE (pdf) when preparing your conference presentation.

It is the author's responsibility to ensure the linguistic adequacy of the submitted paper. Texts that will not meet the requirements in terms of appropriate language use will not be included in the electronic conference proceedings. The final abstract of the full paper must be consistent with the previously accepted abstract. The paper must be submitted in English.

In addition to the papers presented within individual sections, the conference will also include a poster section.
